Luke Anderson has earned Martindale’s highest AV® Preeminent rating and been recognized as a Super Lawyer by developing a deep awareness and understanding of the interplay between the complicated technical, legal and business issues facing today’s innovative technology-based clients.

Mr. Anderson is an experienced patent and intellectual property attorney with broad varied litigation experience handling general commercial litigation matters and more specifically intellectual property and related business litigation in state and federal courts around the country, before arbitration panels, and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office from trial through appeal. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in intellectual property litigation in district courts throughout the country and in multi-district litigation. Luke also has experience handling post-grant and inter partes review proceedings before the United States Patent Office. He regularly advises, CEO’s, senior executives, general counsels, investors, and individual inventors on the role of intellectual property in their businesses and in their broader industry.

Luke focuses his practice in the area of patent, trademark, trade secret and intellectual property law. Mr. Anderson works closely with his clients to identify and protect the unique and valuable aspects of their businesses. He has worked with a broad range of technologies throughout his career.

IP Solutions Consultant

Dave Stitzel is an IP Solutions Consultant with LexisNexis IP. Prior to this role, Dave obtained extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications as a patent attorney with various intellectual property law firms, including over five years with Oblon, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt.  Dave also has two years of experience as a chemical and biotechnology patent examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  In addition to having over three years of experience as a research molecular geneticist at Duke University Medical Center, Dave obtained extensive experience in organic and polymer chemistry while working at Wright Patterson Air Force Base as a research chemist for four years.  Dave has a J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law, and a B.S. and M.S. in Chemistry from Wright State University.  Dave is registered to practice before the USPTO.  He is also a member of the North Carolina and Pennsylvania bars.
